Boyd Post was a sound designer and additional voice in Blood II: The Chosen, as well as work on the localization of the Rage of Mages games. Prior to working for Monolith Productions, he worked on Shivers 2 and Gabriel Knight 3 for Sierra Online.
He has twice worked for Surreal Software, first as a contractor and later as full employee, on titles such as Drakan: Order of the Flame, Drakan: the Ancients Gates, and later on The Suffering and The Suffering: Ties That Bind (alongside Ben Coleman) where he was involved in music direction. In between those two periods he worked at Sucker Punch Productions on Sly Cooper and The Thievius Racoonus. Surreal was then bought out by Midway Games; later acquired by Warner Bros. and then merged into Monolith in 2010.
He is currently an audio director at Microsoft Games Studios in the greater Seattle area, working on titles such as Age of Empires Online, Killer Instinct, Kinect Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure, Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, State of Decay: Lifeline, Project Spark, Max: The Curse of Brotherhood, D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die and Ori and the Blind Forest, as well as having worked on the Microsoft Surface tablet line as an audio director. He was educated at James Madison University.
