E5M7: Mountain Pass

Mountain Pass (E5M7) is the seventh level of Cryptic Passage, the first expansion pak for Blood, colloquially known as episode 5. It takes place at a mountainous area.

"Your journey takes you up into the legendary Carpathian Mountains. The mountains have been home to many legends and tall tales for centuries. A group of explorers headed there a year ago and have not been heard from since. An ancient riddle may have to be solved, it is said, before a soul may pass these ancient giants. Follow the path carefully, but use caution, one small misstep can be your death in this rugged treacherous place." (from the Cryptic Passage README.TXT)

[edit] Secrets

• Near the beginning of the level, inside the first cave/tunnel, there is a small ridge on the left. Use it to jump to another small ridge which will enable you to reach the top of the wall. Finally, follow the narrow path to the edge of a cliff. Reward: Life seed
• After using the forklift to jump to the open door, go around the corner and push the wall past the switch. Reward: Life leech
• From the previous secret, return to the nearby open area at the edge of the cliff. Activating the control panel will open a small niche in the column to your right. Reward: Life seed (NOTE: This secret does not increase the secret's count)
• After the broken bridge and narrow ledge, push the wall on the right side of the doorway. Reward: Tesla cannon
