- At the Skull Key door, turn around and face the way you came. Walk up to the crate and turn left. Use Jump Boots to get into the fake wall. (You can also get to this room from the room with the Dagger Key. From here, go to the end of the room, crouch, and press the left side drawers. A secret room will open behind you.) Reward: Reflective shots
- In the room with the Dagger Key door, there is a crack. Reward: Sawed-off shotgun
- In the room with the Dagger Key, push the bookcase. Reward: Proximity detonators
- Enter the Dagger Key room. Go to a pile of straw on the floor. Look in the direction of manager's room. Right round the corner to the left are two stacks. Push the closer one and it will lower. Use Jump Boots to get on top of that stack. Reward: Invulnerability/Death mask
- In the same room as above, look for a ramp. There is a crack next to it. Reward: Tesla cannon, basic armor
- In the Skull Key room, there is a gap in the crates on your right. Walk in to get the secret. Reward: Guns akimbo
- There are two control panels next to the conveyor belts. Push the one on the right and a compartment behind you will open. Reward: Life seed
