"One of the strangest moments was when I was in Seattle recording Ophelia and Gabriella for Blood 2. I did a series of screams and deaths until I was dripping wet with heat and lack of oxygen in the booth. I had to crawl out on my hands and knees and noticed a lot of drop-jawed expressions along with some frustration. I heard, 'Whoa! That was so impressive, now we will probably have to bring back the male talent to match your performance.' Lani Minella

Lani Minella is the voice actress for Ophelia Price and Gabriella in Blood II: The Chosen and its The Nightmare Levels expansion pack. She has had a prominent career in voice acting, mostly due to her 3 1/2 octave range. She also has had roles as a casting director, a voice director, and has worked on more than 450 video games and television series. Minella is founder and owner of the voice-acting agency AudioGodz. One of the more prominent actors she has voice coached is Jon St. John, the voice of Duke Nukem, with whom she has voiced alongside in games like Rochard and Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

Notable roles include Lucas Pit in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Rouge the Bat from the Sonic the Hedgehog series, and Nancy Drew in the Nancy Drew series of computer games. From 1987-1992 she was also an on-air morning drive time personality for XTRA FM AM, XHTZ, and KCBQ.
