Secrets[edit]
- Enter the pool, and while inside the water tunnel with the bone eels in it, you'll see on the left of the wall some moss. Interact with that spot. Reward: Diving Suit, A Few Bullets
- In the fire door room, you'll see two doors that lead to the changing rooms. Enter the women's one, turn back, and close the door. On the right of the closed door, you'll see a cavity in the wall. Reward: Drum of Bullets
- In the men's changing room, on the right, you'll see two stalls. The one on the right has a cultist in it; crouch down and shoot him; he'll open the door. Reward: Life Seed, Aerosol Can
- From the previous secret, when you're exiting the stall, you'll see a urinal in front of you. Go towards it and check its left side; you should see a button. Press it. After you press the button, a wall should open in the right corner of the room. Reward: Bundles of TNT x2, Beast Vision
- After you've descended the stairs from the eye door, on the left, you'll see a portrait. Interact with it. Reward: Guns Akimbo
- From the trampoline in the right pool, jump onto the blue wall, proceed forward until you reach the wall, then turn left, and in the pillar you'll see a button. Shoot it, and a nearby wall will open. Reward: Super Armour
Fun Stuff[edit]
- The level's name comes from E1M1: Cradle to Grave, which is set inside the Morningside Funeral Home.
- This is a reference to the movie Phantasm (1979).
